Что могу сделать
Аудит инфраструктуры
Посмотреть на существующую инфраструктуру со стороны и найти то, что может стать проблемой.
Разберём:
- архитектуру;
- Kubernetes и контейнеризацию;
- CI/CD;
- Infrastructure as Code;
- мониторинг и логирование;
- управление секретами;
- отказоустойчивость;
- резервное копирование;
- эксплуатационные процессы.
По результатам можно получить список проблем, рекомендации и план дальнейших изменений.
Миграция
Помочь перенести существующую инфраструктуру или отдельные сервисы.
Например:
- между облачными платформами;
- с виртуальных машин в Kubernetes;
- между Kubernetes-кластерами;
- с ручного управления на Infrastructure as Code;
- с существующего CI/CD на более автоматизированный процесс.
Сначала разбираемся с текущим состоянием и ограничениями, затем составляем план миграции и постепенно переносим систему.
Kubernetes
Помочь с проектированием, настройкой или эксплуатацией Kubernetes.
В том числе:
- архитектура кластера;
- deployment и networking;
- Helm;
- Flux;
- storage;
- observability;
- resource management;
- security;
- backup и disaster recovery.
Если Kubernetes уже работает, но постепенно превращается в источник боли — тоже можно разобраться.
Infrastructure as Code
Перевести инфраструктуру из ручного управления в воспроизводимый код.
Основной инструмент — Terraform / Terragrunt.
Также могу помочь с Ansible и Packer, структурой репозиториев и организацией процесса изменений.
CI/CD
Посмотреть существующий pipeline или построить его с нуля.
Сборка, тестирование, создание контейнеров, публикация артефактов и доставка приложения в production.
Observability
Помочь сделать систему наблюдаемой.
Метрики, логи, алерты и базовые SLI/SLO — чтобы проблемы обнаруживались до того, как о них сообщат пользователи.
Работаю с VictoriaMetrics, Elasticsearch, Vector и другими инструментами observability.

Если задача пока не сформулирована до конца, можно начать с разговора.

Builds, tests, container images, artifact publishing and application delivery to production.
Observability
Make your systems easier to understand and operate.
Metrics, logs, alerts and basic SLI/SLO practices — so that problems are detected before users have to report them.
I work with VictoriaMetrics, Elasticsearch, Vector and other observability tools.
